Cheif Technology Officer
At NetraVine, Muhammad is responsible for all technology operations and overseeing vCTO responsibilities for NetraVine's clients. With over 20 years of experience in both Canadian and US healthcare systems, his career began at the University Health Network. There he worked as a developer and then transferred to a technical role, configuring research and clinical workstations for infrastructure in the hospital. He then migrated to the United States and continued in a leadership role at a not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), The Institute for Family Health. During his time there, he served as the CTO overseeing The Institute's self-hosted Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, data centers, and all technology related to construction projects. He pioneered The Institute's first data center migration project with an Epic environment that boasts greater than 99.99% uptime, constructed and configured a 50 person clinical contact center with remote telehealth capabilities, and shepherded the organization's digital transformation strategy using his Six Sigma and Lean Healthcare training. He received a BS degree from Ryerson University's School of Computer Science.
Chief Executive Officer
Kenny is a strategic-minded technologist who has helped corporations and businesses all over the world solve their most complex IT challenges and helped transform their businesses through innovative technology solutions. Freshly out of the military, he began his career at a company called Gobosh as a Senior Network Consultant and also received his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate in 1999. There he provided consulting for startup companies and Enterprise corporations where he designed and built network infrastructures based on Cisco products. Shortly after that, Kenny received his Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification in 2000. Then in 2001, as the lead engineer at Centerspan Communications, he was responsible for infrastructure and network security design. He also built a Compaq ESA 1200 and SAN of over 1TB for access to their proxy servers on his own and with no blueprint. By 2002 he worked for Automatic Data Processing, INC (ADP) as a Senior Network Analyst, pseudo program manager, R&D engineer, and Network Engineer Manager over the span of 10 years. Due to his independent and solutions-based mindset, Kenny decided to create his own IT consultation agency in August 2012 in order to tackle his customer’s challenges in more simple and innovative ways. He received a BS degree from Western Governor's University.
Chief Operations Officer
Yedda is responsible for the daily operations of NetraVine. She has more than 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, beginning her career at a not-for-profit hospital and working subsequently as a business and technical consultant. During that time she managed and directed implementations and system conversions for healthcare payers in Indiana, Mississippi, and Oregon, as well as for a Third-Party Administrator. As the COO at OCHIN she was responsible for Epic operations, quality improvement, project management, leadership & organizational development, and Information Technology (IT). She also served as the Director of Operational Excellence for over 8 years at CareOregon. Yedda is a graduate of Intermountain Healthcare’s Advanced Training Program (ATP) led by Dr. Brent James, that teaches caregivers throughout the world how to improve the quality of care in their local communities. She received a BS degree from the University of Southern Mississippi's School of Business and Accountancy.
