    Kenny, a seasoned military veteran with 26 years of IT expertise, has played a central role in driving transformative change within corporations from around the globe. With a stellar track record in Cisco-based network design and spearheading infrastructure projects, he honed his skills across diverse roles for over two decade. In 2012, Kenny took the leap to establish his own consultancy, leveraging his autonomous and solution-oriented approach to address clients' challenges. Recognized for his prowess, he has held the Cisco CCIE emeritus status since 2014 and achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in IT management.

     

    Muhammad Sulaman

    Chief Technology Officer

    Muhammad has over 20 years of experience in Canadian and US healthcare. He leads technology operations at NetraVine and serves as the virtual Chief Technology Officer for clients. His leadership at a Federally Qualified Health Center included overseeing the implementation of Epic Electronic Medical Record system and driving technology initiatives for construction projects. He successfully led the organization's data center migration, established a clinical contact center with telehealth capabilities, and promoted digital transformation through Six Sigma and Lean Healthcare methodologies. Muhammad's qualifications include a BS degree from Ryerson University's School of Computer Science.

    Melissa Sallee

    Director of Operations

    Melissa is the Director of Operations at NetraVine, where she oversees day-to-day operations across departments including accounting, HR, resale, and project management. With over five years of experience in operations within the IT consulting and services industry, she ensures the organization runs efficiently while supporting high-quality client delivery. She collaborates with a cross-functional team across various departments and plays a key role in coordinating internal operations and major client initiatives. Known for her hands-on leadership style and cross-functional expertise, she focuses on solving operational challenges, improving processes, and keeping NetraVine running smoothly. 

    Bryant Hales

    Senior Network Engineer

    Bryant brings more than 16 years of experience in IT network engineering, spanning military environments and large-scale commercial cloud infrastructures. He joined NetraVine’s networking team in 2025, where he supports a diverse range of client networks with expertise and dedication. Bryant holds multiple industry‑recognized IT certifications and earned his BS in Information Technology from Strayer University.

    Yedda Trawick

    Chief Strategy Wrangler

    With a background in executive leadership and operations, Yedda leads the development of our organization’s cybersecurity and compliance practice, helping companies strengthen security programs, navigate regulatory frameworks, and build customer trust.

    Her focus includes developing and marketing scalable security programs that guide organizations through readiness for audits like HIPAA and SOC 2, aligning security with business strategy, and delivering practical vCISO leadership that helps organizations grow with confidence.
